Steffi Warnock
Steffi holds a Masters Degree in Chiropractic. She graduated in 2011 with Distinction and also received the Graduate of the Year Award from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic.
As a Chiropractor Steffi focuses primarily on rebalancing the body and nervous system. Our inability to manage stress in its many forms tends to be a significant contributor to why people become stiff, sore and injured.
Steffi helps address these issues using a combination of Chiropractic care and supportive care techniques such as massage, vagus nerve work and lymphatic support.
After graduating in 2011, Steffi has 15 years clinical experience as a Chiropractor.
She works with a wide range of clients including those with mechanical aches and pains who want to move better; pregnant ladies who want to feel as comfortable and supported as possible throughout their journey; to young people (7+ years of age) who need a little help focusing on better posture or recovering from sporting related injuries.
Steffi’s Chiropractic skill set includes joint manipulation and mobilisation, general soft tissue work including light massage, IASTM technique, cupping therapy and kinesiotaping. She also focuses on vagus nerve support work and lymphatic support work.
The end goal of a Chiropractic session with Steffi is to leave understanding what is currently going on with your body and feeling more balanced and regulated on a physical and nervous system level.
Steffi is a fitness enthusiast who loves running, hot yoga and being in the gym. She also enjoys spending time in the Mourne Mountains or on the forest trails.
With a long history in clinical practice Steffi has noted how her skill set, technique and interests as a practitioner have evolved over the years. She enjoys exploring new techniques not just within Chiropractic care, but in other complementary therapies and is committed to expanding her skill sets to ensure the best care for her clients.
